Meaning Behind the Name
The name combines Rath, an Irish-rooted idea associated with success, prosperity, and protected strength, with Consilium, the Latin concept of counsel, strategy, advice, and planning. Together, RathConsilium represents success through counsel and strategy.

Earnest "Earnie" Gill
RathConsilium was founded by Earnest "Earnie" Gill, an Army veteran and Chief of Staff with prior leadership experience as Director of HR, Director of Quality Assurance, and Air Traffic Control Manager
Earnie has gained extensive experience across multiple industries—from startup organizations to multi-site, multi-state enterprises conducting business worldwide. His background spans military service, aviation, recruiting, government contracting, corrections, nonprofit human services, private-sector operations, HR leadership, quality assurance, safety management systems, IT services, cybersecurity readiness, and CMMC-oriented support. Notably, Earnie brings a unique perspective from working in both union and non-union environments, having served as a manager overseeing unionized workforces and previously as a union facility president.
Earnie holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, and the SHRM-CP certification. He is also a Texas Notary Public.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Earnie is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who enjoys competitive poker, disc golf, golf, and bowling. He is also an avid animal lover.
